Easter Sunday Tablescape

Easter Sunday Table Tablescape

We will be celebrating Easter at our house this year, and I wanted to share the tablescape I have in the works for our Easter Sunday brunch! I do hate to disappoint any bunny décor fanatics out there, but this table setup does not have any bunny rabbits or baby chicks. I just used a mix of fresh and faux florals with an organic, neutral background to create a fun and happy Spring table!

I always keep an ivory table runner set on our wood dining room table. I like the contrast against the moderately dark wood and it's a great base off which to design the rest of your table décor.

I love clear, simple cylinder vases mainly because they display my favorite flower, hydrangeas, so well. They allow the emphasis to be on the beauty of the flower. I just placed 3 across the table runner and put a blue hydrangea stem in each. I also added more greenery by placing hydrangea leaves throughout the length of the table runner then added simple white votive candles

I also love the natural look of light rattan placemats. And to continue with the casual, natural vibe, I didn't want to use chargers but rather just a white dinner plate with a blue and white salad plate on top. I am obsessed with blue and white dinnerware and found the ones shown at Homegoods at a great bargain. To continue keeping it casual, I am using stemless wine glasses for the Sauvignon Blanc I plan to serve along with mason jars for the lemonade. Mason jars add the cutest farmhouse feel to the table.

For an added pop of color, I wrapped white cloth napkins with either lavender, blood orange or royal blue faux flowers in twine. The twine is consistent with the natural, outdoorsy vibe I wanted to continue throughout the table and the color of the florals just add an extra burst of happy!

I'm so excited to spend some quality time with my family eating good food on this garden table setting. I usually work on Sundays so having a whole day to spend together is going to be such a treat. Now on to planning the menu!
